June 26, 2010. The test was administered by Grand Master Jun Kim, 9th Dan and Koammudo Founder and Master Walter
Swaney, 5th Dan and Executive Director of The World Ko Am Mu Do Federation. This testing is a testament to the
dedication of the students and leadership of our Instructors. The school (American TKD Martial Arts) is a valuable resource
for the martial arts community and continues the grow and has become the areas leader in quality martial arts instruction.

Martial Artist In Coral Springs Florida Shows A Big Heart For Kids
American TKD Martial Arts – Margate Florida(Press Release)06/15/10 American TKD Matial Arts in Margate and Master Swaney will again be participating
the 2010 MDA Coral Springs Executive Lock Up in support of Jerry’s Kids and the MDA. Note
from Master Swaney: Dear fellow martial artist and friends, I desperately need your help!
I just made the “MDA’s Most Wanted” list! Believe it or not, I am going to be arrested on Thursday, August
12th, 2010 and need your help to raise the dough to bail me out of jail. I will be locked up “For Good”
unless I can come up with a minimum of $3,000 “Bail”. Right now, you are probably saying to
yourself, “Walter deserves this and I knew they would catch up with him eventually,” or, “it is unbelievable
why anyone would arrest such a nice person.” The Muscular Dystrophy Association will be locking me up at Runyons
Restaurant in Coral Springs Florida, and I will be incarcerated for about an hour and charged with “having an extremely
big heart.” Your donation toward my bail will not only help set me free, but will also help many
area children and adults with muscle diseases by adding vital funds to MDA’s research efforts. You can help me and MDA
by making a pledge toward my bail. In order to ensure my release, I need to start raising my bail prior to the “Lock-Up”.

American TKD Martial Arts in Margate Florida Brings Home the Gold
The competition team of American TKD Martial Arts in Margate Florida competed in Sparring at
the 2010 USAT National Qualifiers held May 21st and 22nd in Daytona Beach Florida. Master
Swaney's Team Panther had amazing results:
5 fighters = 3 Golds, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal all in sparring.
One team member qualifying for Sr. Nationals and 3 team members qualifying for Jr. Olympics.
Team
members are from Margate, Coral Spring and Coconut Creek Florida and
comprised of 5 fighters and Coach Walter Swaney.
